This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains what are the terms for cancellations and refunds for the services rendered in our website.

No Refund Policy

LearnDerma strictly adheres to a no-refund policy. Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, no amounts will be refunded, irrespective of the circumstances.

Transfer of Enrollment

In the event of your inability to attend the program, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program, subject to availability.

⏰ Important: The request must be made at least 30 days before the originally scheduled program date.

Substitute Participants

You have the option to designate a substitute participant if you are unable to attend.

The substitute participant must meet eligibility criteria and be approved by the LearnDerma Program administration.

Notification of substitution must be provided at least 30 days before the program start date.

Cancellation by LearnDerma

In the unlikely event of LearnDerma canceling a program, participants will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session.

LearnDerma will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

LearnDerma will notify the participants well in advance in the event of any unexpected cancellations.

Force Majeure

LearnDerma shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God

War or Terrorism

Pandemics

Government Regulations

Natural Disasters

Other Force Majeure Events

Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation, transfer, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the LearnDerma Program administration.
